TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. of ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder OR clove garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped
Dash of Accent
Dash of pepper
Sugar, just about as much as soy sauce

Mix all above ingredients together and marinate type of meat you are preparing overnight. Turn while marinating. With little oil in pan, fry meat until done and simmer 15 minutes with remaining sauce poured over meat. Other option to pan frying is barbecuing.
