CHOCOLATE CHINESE NOODLES 
1 can Chinese noodles, crushed (3 oz.)
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over hot water, stirring until smooth. In each hand, take noodles and crush them together until they are in small pieces. Add the noodles, a little at a time to the melted chocolate until the noodles are completely coated. Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet lined with foil. Cool until hardened. To cool faster, put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
