TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 sm. can peas, drained
2 c. crushed potato chips
Cooked white rice

Combine all ingredients, except rice, reserving 1/2 of chips. Mix well. Put in casserole dish. Heat in microwave, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir. Top with remaining chips. Cover and microwave 2 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
