GREEK STEAK POCKETS 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 sm. cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/2 med. tomato, chopped
2 pita bread rounds
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp. oil
1/3 lb. round steak, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. shredded lettuce, sliced fine

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a small mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in cucumber and tomato. Cut pita bread rounds in 1/2. Place on baking sheet and heat in oven for 5 minutes.

In skillet add oil, onion and steak. Cook quickly over high heat, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add lettuce to cucumber and tomato. Spoon steak and onions into pocket; top with salad mix. Serve immediately.
