1 c. Italian dressing
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt

Combine dressing ingredients to pour over salad just before serving.

SALAD:

1 head lettuce, cleaned & torn
1 bunch spinach, cleaned & torn
1 lg. cream cheese, cut in chunks
12 oz. whole or half cashews

Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.
