LIME-CASHEW SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. liquid
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. cashew nuts, broken
2 c. whipped cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Drain pineapple and add water to make 2 cups. Heat and dissolve Jello in liquid. Cool until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Set.
