HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into lightly greased 3 cup casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
