HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. low fat sour cream
1 sm. clove garlic
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 drops hot sauce
3/4 c. plain low fat yogurt, room temperature
Paprika

Using knife blade in food processor, add first 6 ingredients. Process until artichokes are finely chopped. Combine artichoke mixture and yogurt; stir well. Spoon into 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with bread sticks.

Per Tablespoon: 6 grams protein, 10 calories, 1.2 g carbohydrates, 1 mg cholesterol, 33 mg sodium.
