Sweet Potato Pudding - Recipe

SWEET POTATO PUDDING

3 c. cooked potatoes
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Mix together and put in baking dish. Add topping.

Topping:

1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix together and sprinkle on top of pudding.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F or until done.
