2 c. raw grated sweet potatoes
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter

Melt butter in casserole and pour excess into pudding mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
