BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 hard boiled eggs
6 oz. cheddar cheese (sharp)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Cook broccoli until crispy tender; drain and arrange in casserole. Top broccoli with eggs, chopped fine, and shredded cheese.

Melt butter; add flour over heat and stir until smooth. Add milk and salt and pepper to taste. Cook and stir constantly until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over broccoli, cheese and eggs. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
