HUNGARIAN COOKIES 
5 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
2 yeast cakes
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. Crisco
Pinch of salt

Melt butter and Crisco together. Put 1 cup of milk in butter. Heat until bubbling. Add yeast. Put 5 cups of flour and eggs, milk mixture and salt. Put in refrigerator, let raise at least 1/2 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING:

Add 1 pound walnuts to 1 cup of sugar. Add enough canned milk to make a paste.
