BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. purple onion, chopped
Equal parts broccoli & cauliflower, broken up
3 c. shredded lettuce (as much as desired)
1 bottle cucumber salad dressing

Bring peas to a boil, drain and cool.

Toss broccoli and cauliflower with cucumber dressing, cover, refrigerate overnight. Four hours before serving, add chopped onion and peas. Just before, add shredded lettuce.
