BROCCOLI - CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 c. chopped cooked chicken (4 breast halves) 1/4 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut in flowerets 2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 tsp. curry powder 8 oz. Rotini, cooked Lettuce, optional Combine chicken, olives and broccoli. Combine mayonnaise and curry powder, stirring well. Add to chicken mixture, and toss well. Cover and chill. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl, if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
