MEAT BALL DINNER IN A DISH 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 potatoes
2 cans tomato soup
3 green peppers
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. water

Mix favorite meat balls and add cheese mixture. Form into any size balls and put in casserole dish. Quarter potatoes, parboil, and drain. Put over meat balls in casserole. Cut peppers into strips and put over top. Mix soup with water; pour over all and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
