CABBAGE/GROUND MEAT DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3 c. potatoes, sliced
Salt
Sm. onion, chopped or grated
1 c. milk
Pepper
1 sm. head of cabbage

Shred cabbage and put 1/2 into greased casserole. Add 1/2 slice potatoes and 1/2 ground meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add remaining 1/2 in the same manner. Pour on the milk and bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Microwave for 24 minutes, turning pan every 6 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
