MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas (Birds Eye 4 minute)
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. jar baby carrots
1 sm. jar red pimiento
1 sm. can cut green beans
1 red onion, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Put vegetable ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate overnight.
