SUNFLOWER CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
2 (7 1/2 oz.) boxes corn muffin mix
cooking spray
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine milk, brown sugar, maple flavoring and muffin mix in a bowl and stir just until moist. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove muffins from pan immediately and place on a wire rack.
