MEXICAN NOODLES 
1 sm. pkg. cooked noodles
1 can peas
1/2 green pepper, optional
1/2 red pepper, optional
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. uncooked ham, cut in small squares
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. American cheese

Cook noodles; brown ham. Mix noodles, ham, peas and soup. Place in buttered baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and strips of bacon. Bake in covered dish 1 hour at 375 degrees. When half done, remove cover and finish baking.
