CHICKEN SALAD 
2 lbs. chicken breast, cooked & chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
4 green apples, peeled & chopped
8 oz. chopped pecans
7 tsp. seedless raisins
8 oz. mayonnaise

Add lemon juice to chopped apples to keep from turning brown. Mix all ingredients together.
