BARBECUE POTATOES 
8 potatoes
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 sm. onions, thinly sliced
Paprika
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Pare and thinly slice potatoes. Sprinkle with flour. Combine water, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and salt in a large saucepan. Stir in potato and onion. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour into a 3-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. 8 servings.
