BARBECUE POTATOES 
Potatoes
Onions
Butter

Slice 1 potato per person into 3/4 inch slices. Slice onion into 1/2 inch slices. Alternate slice of potato and slice of onion. Spread dab of butter over potato. Wrap in aluminum foil. Put on barbecue cook, turning every 10 minutes until potato becomes soft. Open and serve. When alternating potato and onion, assemble as a potato and wrap in double foil.
