PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown well on both sides in skillet. Add a little water, turn on low heat and cook until tender. Make sauce about 20 minutes before chops are done.

SAUCE:

5 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
10 whole cloves
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
4 slices orange

Combine ingredients, cook, stir until thickened, add 4 orange slices cut in half, cover pan, remove from heat. Spoon orange glaze over pork chops on platter and arrange orange slices around.
