PORK CHOPS IN ORANGE SAUCE 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. oil
2 med. onions
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown chops in oil. Place chops in baking dish. Slice onions and place in chops. Combine orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger, butter and salt and pour over pork chops. Bake in covered baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with remaining sauce. Garnish with orange sections and orange slice twists.
