PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, diced
1 bouillon cube, chicken
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown pork chops in frying pan. Remove from pan. Melt butter and saute onions for 5 minutes. Stir in bouillon, hot water, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add pork chops to liquid. Cover; cook over low heat 25-35 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove chops. Thicken sauce with 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
