POPPIN FRESH BAR-B-CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bar-b-que sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion, instant
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 can biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add barbeque sauce, onion and brown sugar; set aside. Separate biscuits and place biscuits in ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up the sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle each with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
