CHEESE BISCUITS 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Stir all ingredients to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough on floured, cloth-covered board into a ball. Knead five times.

Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2-inch cutter.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.

Note: Adding minced onion or garlic powder should add more flavor.
