SWISS STEAK DELUXE 
2 lb. round steak
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Water, if needed

Pound 6 tablespoons flour into steak. Brown in 1 tablespoon shortening. Mix together all ingredients, but steak. Drain steak. Pour tomato mixture over steak. Cover. Bake over low heat or in oven (275 degrees) until tender (2-2 1/2 hours). Uncover last 15 minutes to cook down to a thick sauce.
