CREAMED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped

Boil until tender, drain and add:

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cheese croutons or Ritz crackers, crumbled on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
