1 egg
1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
1 lb. ground beef
Envelope mushroom gravy
1/2 c. tomato juice
Chopped onion
1 c. water

Combine egg, crumbs, tomato juice, onion. Add beef and shape into oblong patties. Brown. Add gravy mix which has been mixed with water. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
