SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup

Combine all ingredients in the order listed (except soup). Mix well. Form into large patties and roll in flour and butter, pepper and brown both sides. Pour soup and 1 cup of water over patties. Simmer 40 to 50 minutes.
