TEXAS SALISBURY STEAK 
2 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef

Crush corn flakes and place in mixing bowl. Add egg, 1/3 cup barbeque sauce, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well. Add beef and mix only to combine. Shape 4 oval patties 3/4" thick. Place in shallow baking dish. Brush tops with remaining barbeque sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (medium doneness).
