SALISBURY STEAKS 
1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed to 3/4 cup
1 egg
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburger

Add egg to Corn Flakes, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and hamburger. Shape into oval patties 3/4 inch thick. Place on lightly greased or foil lined pan. Brush with remaining sauce. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
