SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. quick oats
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 soup can water
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup

Combine ground beef, egg, oats, and catsup, 2 tablespoons water, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt and salt. Form mixture into large patties. Pat lightly in flour to cover. Brown patties. Combine soup and can of water together, pour over patties. Cover and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
