CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. chicken breast, sliced
2/3 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 c. broccoli florets
1 whole medium onion, sliced
2 whole env. Lipton Cream of chicken soup cup of soup kind
1 c. hot water
Hot vermicelli or rice

Heat oil in skillet or wok. Cook chicken and veggies, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until chicken is almost done. Add soup/water (mix it first before you pour it in). Boil it and simmer for 5 minutes or more, until the sauce thickens. Stir occasionally. Serve it with rice or hot vermicelli. Very good. Makes 2 servings.
