CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 tsp. oil
1/2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced
2/3 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 c. broccoli
1 med. onion, sliced
2 envs. Lipton cream of chicken flavor cup of soup
1 c. hot water
Rice

Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until chicken is almost done. Add soup, blended with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
