SHORTBREAD 
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. slat
2 tbsp. rice flour
Flour, enough to equal 1 1/4 c.

Mix all ingredients with hands until very smooth. Pat into 8 inch round pan. Prick with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. Cut while still warm.
