HERBED CHICKEN BREAST 
4-8 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Lemon juice
Butter pats

Roll chicken in sour cream, heavily coating both sides. Then roll both sides in bread crumbs. Place chicken in greased baking pan. Add a bit of lemon juice on each breast. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crumbs are browned. Fast and easy to prepare!
