HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. green onions
2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and drain. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and salt, and pepper. Put in shells and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Plain onion chopped finely may be used instead of green onions.
