MICROWAVE FRUIT CRISP 
4 c. (4 med.) apples, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. soft butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

In 8 inch round glass dish, arrange apples. In mixing bowl, blend remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread on apples. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway thru cooking. Apples should be tender. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
