APPLE CRISP (MICROWAVE) 
6 c. cooking apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice, optional

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Place apples in 8 or 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt butter in small mixing bowl at high for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples evenly; press down lightly. Microwave at high 8 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave 6-8 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
