APPLE CRISP (Microwave) 
6 c. (6 med.) peeled, sliced cooking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg

Combine apples and lemon juice in 8 inch square glass baking dish; set aside. Microwave butter in glass bowl 1/4-1/2 minute or until softened. Mix in remaining ingredients with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Microwave on medium high, uncovered, for 12-14 minutes or until apples are tender. Makes about 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
