MICROWAVE CHERRY CRISP 
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine flour, oats, nuts, brown sugar, and spices. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Put half of topping mixture into 8 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Combine pie filling and almond extract. Spread evenly over crumb layer. Sprinkle remaining topping mix over filling. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until bubbling. Turn dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
