JIFFY SUMMER SALAD 
1 1/4 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 can of Underwood chunky chicken spread
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. dried parsley
8 slices canned pineapple rings
Lettuce leaves

In large bowl mix together cottage cheese, chunky chicken spread, onion, and parsley. Arrange pineapple rings per serving on bed of lettuce. Scoop chicken salad mixture on top of pineapple and chill.
