2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. diced apples
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, sugar and oil, add dry ingredients. Stir in apples, nuts and 1/2 of butterscotch chips. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with rest of chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
