1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs to oil and add to dry ingredients. Add apples, pecans and butterscotch chips. Pour batter into large baking dish. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
