OATMEAL HEALTH COOKIE (Less fat) 
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger

Add and combine well: 1 c. oatmeal

Stir in well: 1/2 c. oil 1 whole egg or 2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla

Add: 3/4 c. nuts, chopped, peanuts or sunflower seeds

Drop with teaspoon about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, 375 degrees, until light brown without an imprint when touched.
