JESSIE'S EASY CARAMEL PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Place unopened can in a pot of water and boil for 2 hours. Make sure it is kept covered with water.

Prepare pie crust, baked and cool or you can use a graham cracker crust.

After 2 hours, open can of milk with a hand held can opener away from your body so hot liquid won't get on you. (I put a dish cloth over the can, too). Pour immediately into pie crust. Spread with a spoon. When cool, serve with a spoonful of Cool Whip on each piece. 2 cans make a fuller pie and no, it won't blow up!
