CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust

TOPPING:

1 can cherry pie filling

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool. Top with the cherry pie filling.
