INDIVIDUAL CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Keebler vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Muffin cups

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer. Add eggs one at a time, just to blend.

Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Spoon in cheese mixture, filling almost full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

When cool, spoon cherry filling on top (1-2 cherries and juice per cup). Refrigerate or freeze.
